Over the course of my career, I have worked with clients ages 11 to 72 years old, with therapeutic needs in the areas of behavioral health, adjustment/phase of life disorders, grief, family, marriage, couples, as well as mood and personality disorders.

My approach to therapeutic encounters is collaborative- integrating multiple perspectives, cognitive reframing, emotional support, and the skills to help them transform, manage, and navigate life in a way that fosters sustainability and amplifies wellness and hope.
