Fostering Hope; A Transformational Wellness & Consulting Group is here to support and facilitate you navigating life challenges and experiences, emotions and all things that can be unsettling.  Often times when traversing through our everyday nuances we are operating in a space of tunnel vision unable to see left or right.  Here at Fostering Hope, my goal is to provide clients and those who desire life coaching with a safe atmosphere that allows you to explore your emotions, unpack your thoughts, create and achieve your desired goals while providing support. I provide services to individuals, couples (dating, partnered and married) and families from 14 years old and up who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders and other behavioral health challenges.  As a therapist I am regarded as culturally competent, empathetic, genuine and without judgement for my clients and their experiences.  I understand that each client and their experiences are unique and therefore the treatment offered is adapted specifically to individual needs drawing from various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, structural family therapy, humanistic therapy, psycho-dynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing(to name a few) in an effort to meet the client’s need.
